ILV and its partners successfully concluded FILDA 2025 in Luanda! Among others, the German Ambassador to Angola Dr Stefan Traumann and AHK Head Mr Vandré Spellmeier visited the ILV/MCI stand. Here are a few impressions of the fair:
On July 27, 2025, ILV-Fernerkundung GmbH was a partner of ISTAF at the Olympic Stadium in Berlin. Together with friends and partners, we had a successful day with many interesting conversations.
The most important Angolan trade fair FILDA takes place in Luanda from 22nd — 27th July 2025! And we will be there! Have a look at our stand.

As a member of the Association of Raw Materials and Mining (FAB), ILV-Fernerkundung GmbH had the opportunity to present itself for a day at BAUMA 2025 in Munich. The pictures show, among others, Dr Martin Wedig (FAB), employees of the AHK for southern African countries and our Angolan colleagues from the Luele open-cast mine.

The Mining Indaba 2025 mining trade fair in Cape Town was a complete success for ILV-Fernerkundung GmbH and was characterised by many productive discussions. They took place not only with our Angolan partners and German colleagues, but also with interested parties from all over the world. The pictures show the Deputy German Ambassador to South Africa, Enrico Brandt, Dr Martin Wedig (CEO FAB) and colleagues from the Luele open-cast mine.

Our colleague Dr. Kuria B. Thiong’o is taking part in the 5th German-African Business Summit (GABS) in Nariobi (Kenya) on behalf of the ILV from 02nd to 04th December 2024.

The conference of the SAGA (Southern African Geophysical Association) in Windhoek was particularly characterized by its specialist character. Together with Dr. Edgar Stettler from South Africa, ILV was able to make contacts with a large number of global and German experts in Namibia and discuss possible future projects.

ILV’s first participation at MINExpo International in Las Vegas was characterized by many productive discussions. Melanie Simond from the Berlin Press Ball and Charlie McKoss as an intern accompanied us at this trade fair. The newspaper “Mining Industry News” has published an article about ILV.

The participation at the ILA 2022 in Berlin was very successful for ILV-Fernerkundung GmbH. In addition to the company presentation at the Berlin-Brandenburg joint stand, we were able to present the current Berlin aerial imagery project in a specialist lecture and hold many interesting discussions.
